Garden Of Reflection Notelets
The Maynard School's Garden of Reflection is a delightful, tranquil setting for the whole school community that was created following the death of Maynard pupil, Emily Webster, in the Berkshire train crash in November 2004. Funding for the initial planting was provided by pupils, parents, alumnae, staff, Governors and other friends of the School.
Local Artist, Bob Goldthorpe, has kindly donated to the school five sketches of the Garden of Reflection through the seasons and these have been reproduced as a set of notelets which are for sale priced £2.50 for 5 cards. Larger cards measuring 14.5cm x 20.5cm are £1.00 each.
Mr Goldthorpe has kindly donated the proceeds from the sale of the notelets to the upkeep of the Garden.
The notelets can be purchased by sending your order together with a cheque payable to ‘The Maynard School’ to Kim Hearth at the Maynard School, Denmark Rd, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1SJ. Please add postage and packing costs of £1.40 for a set of notelets and 35p for a large card.
